Smoke + Type

This is a set of typography made by Daniel Gordon, known as Smoke + Type. What made these works intriguing is the feeling of mysterious beauty in its simplicity. He combine the smokes with a plain simple form of typeface and then created a surprisingly strange effect with it. Gordon has successfully display and created a certain emotion to the type. The smokes effect creates movement in the type, and produced a significant mood or feeling to the viewer.  The black and white colors used in this typeface helped to generate a more mystical, mysterious and serious atmosphere to it. As an overall, Gordon has done a great job of playing with different forms and mediums to create a new style in typography.
